Ciurtin&Associates meets Georgian high officials and contributes to Romanian-Georgian energy investments development

16Ciurtin&Associates representatives Sandra Tănase, Energy Legal Advisor and Business Development Director and Cristiana Ionescu, Middle East Desk Manager, attended a delegation meeting with the Georgian high officials and investors held in Tbilisi, Georgia, between January 14 and 16, 2014.
Ciurtin&Associates representatives took active part at talks with the Georgian First Deputy Minister of Energy, with representatives of the Georgian Energy investment fund and local business persons in the energy, transports and hotel fields.
The meetings also analyzed the investment relations and the future investment perspectives between Georgia and Romania in energy and hotels field.
In the energy field was stressed the importance of the Azerbaidjan-Georgia-Romania-Hungary gas interconnector (AGRI) becoming operational. In the transport field was underlined the importance of attracting financing for the ferryboat interconnections with the Romanian and Georgian Black Sea ports.
